Asos launches premier delivery in the Netherlands

British online fashion retailer Asos has launched its premier delivery service in the Netherlands. From now on, Dutch customers are able to sign-up online for unlimited next-working-day delivery.

The service is available for €18.99 a year and enables shoppers to receive their items at home or at a pick-up point with no minimum order value. In addition to next-working day delivery customers can also opt for standard-delivery, which takes approximately three working days to be delivered.

However, for now, the next-day delivery service is not available in all areas in the country. The following postcodes areas are excluded from the service: Texel, Terschelling, Vlieland, Ameland and Schiermonnikoog, which are all municipalities part of the Wadden Islands.

Customer who would like to use the service are able to select the type of service they desire in their shopping accounts on the Asos website. If they have a premier delivery subscription, the website then automatically waives the delivery costs linked with the chosen delivery option.

In addition to the Netherlands, Asos has also launched the service in Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Belgium and Austria. The service is already available in the UK.
