Bravissimo launches new website

Lingerie retailer Bravissimo has underpinned its international omni-channel capabilities and enhanced customer experience with the launch of a new e-commerce platform.

The company, founded as a mail order business, hired software development provider Black Pepper Software to transform its online presence and address its growing demands. Since its launch in 1995, Bravissimo has become a multi-channel retailer with a turnover of £50m, with e-commerce now accounting for 40% of sales.

The redesigned e-commerce platform provides a better service to omni-channel customers, and greater user experience and responsiveness to effectively handle peak seasonal traffic fluctuations.

The platform is also scalable for international markets, allowing Bravissimo to further expand internationally as defined by its growth plan.

Black Pepper Software also worked with Bravissimo’s in-house team to enhance their expertise in test-driven agile software practices.
