Calvin Klein Platinum debuts accessories store in Hong Kong

Calvin Klein has opened its first accessories standalone store in Hong Kong. Owned by PVH Corp, the Hong Kong debut took place in the IFC Mall. Located on level one, the new store offers both men’s and women’s Calvin Klein Platinum accessories and leather goods.

In September 2015, Calvin Klein reacquired the existing license agreement held by CK21 Holdings for the production and sale of Calvin Klein platinum label men’s and women’s accessories. As part of the transaction, the Calvin Klein Asia business agreed to take over certain of CK21’s free-standing Calvin Klein Accessories stores and shop-in-shops.

It also assumed the production of men’s and women’s accessories for sale within CK21-operated free-standing Calvin Klein platinum label apparel stores located in Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand regions.

“The development aligns with our strategy to further enhance the Calvin Klein brand in the region by leveraging our Calvin Klein Asia Pacific infrastructure," said Steve Shiffman, Chief Executive Officer of Calvin Klein, at the time of the acquisition.

PVH Corp. has more than 30,000 associates in more than 40 countries, and recorded more than US$8 billion in revenues last year.
