Calvin Klein Inc. have signed a new agreement with the Irish company Premium Golf Brands. The agreement will cover the design, manufacture and distribution of off-the-peg Calvin Klein Golf men’s and women’s wear throughout the world, as well as a line of accessories.

Premium Golf Brands has been responsible for the European distribution of Calvin Klein Golf since its launch in 2008. However, the label’s success in Europe, particularly in the British market, has driven Calvin Klein to enlarge its contract with the company.

Though there are already Calvein Klein Golf collections for Spring-Summer 2009 in large specialist shops in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Finland, Turkey and Sweden, a more intense dissemination of the brand could be made in Europe for the next trimester. For Spring 2010 the focus will be on advancing into the Middle East and Africa, as long as the brand continues to develop in the Americas and Asia.
