Carhartt has appointed Tony Ambroz as vice-president of marketing. He will drive sales for the brand, which has its roots in workwear, through marketing strategy and liaise with the team responsible for corporate strategy.

Tony Ambroz previously worked for the sportswear label, Under Armour as Marketing Director of the menswear brand and Retail Marketing Director. Previously, he did six years at Nike where he was responsible for the brand’s strategic planning.

This appointment coincides with the launch of an overseas marketing campaign focused on sustainability. The adverts are aimed at Carhartt’s target of 18-54 year olds.
