Furla opens largest Russian store in Moscow

Published
Feb 1, 2017

Furla is strengthening its presence in the Russian market with the opening of a new store in Moscow; the largest of its kind for the Italian brand in Moscow.

The Furla Moscow store

Located inside the Evropeisky shopping mall in Moscow, the new Furla store is the biggest in Russia and covers an area of some 150 square metres. In addition to women's bags and small leather goods, the shop boasts an area dedicated entirely to shoes and, for the first time, debuts Furla's men's collection in Russia.

The men's products will be available as part of Furla's spring/summer 2017 collection, and will be also be sold at the Furla store, located inside the GUM shopping centre, and online.

"The opening of the new store in Moscow,  as part of the international expansion process of Furla, represents a further step towards the consolidation of the presence of the brand in the Russian market," said Furla's CEO, Alberto Camerlengo.

Furla was created in 1927 by Aldo Furlanetto. The Italian luxury brand presents two seasonal collections each year, as well as a capsule collection which is characterised by product models and colours not included in the main collection.

At present, Furla operates more than 200 monobrand stores globally, stocking shoes, bags, sunglasses, wallets and other accessories.
