Isetan Mitsukoshi announces MICAM participation

Department store chain Isetan Mitsukoshi will take part in Milano’s MICAM footwear exhibition for the first time this September.

The 82nd edition of the trade event, to be held from September 3-6 at Fiera Milano, will see well-known companies such as Missoni and Pollini present their shoes collections for SS17.

Isetan Mitsukoshi is also set to showcase its latest offering from its new ‘Number Twenty- Once’ ladies shoe brand.

The department store chain made its first international appearance at Premiere Classe in Paris on January 2016.

Isetan said its footwear line up will consist of “well-designed and easy-to-wear Japanese-made shoes”, designed for everyday use through careful manufacturing processes. The pieces, which combine style and functionality, were created in collaboration with several Japanese brands, including Facetasm, Cinoh, Lokitho, In-Process and Doublet.
