The Swiss watchmaker has unveiled a new version of its iconic "Reverso" wristwatch with a highly sophisticated and feminine jewelry-inspired design.

With its 180-degree reversible case and twin dials, the "Reverso" has become an iconic timepiece. For this latest model, Jaeger-LeCoultre has crafted a pretty and overtly feminine design which oozes luxury with its multiple diamonds and refined details.

The "Reverso One High Jewelry" sparkles and shines with more than 200 diamonds embellishing the case and the reverse dial. Inspired by the first "Reverso" women's watches made in the 1930s, this new version combines a retro spirit with modern design.

The 18-karat gray gold rectangular case, with polished and satin finishes, is bordered with three rows of baguette-cut diamonds set by the Swiss watchmaker's artisan jeweler. Their arrangement echoes the pattern of the Reverso's classic gadroons. Another series of baguette-cut and brilliant-cut diamonds appear on the reverse dial. In all, the watch features no less than 250 diamonds, totaling 5.65 karats.

The Duetto movement allows the case to flip around, revealing a second dial on the reverse. On the front side, the watch face is finished in mother of pearl with slightly rounded Arabic numerals. The reverse dial is finished in flecked black aventurine, like a star-studded sky, topped with a diamond sunray design.

This high jewelry timepiece uses a mechanical, manual-winding movement -- the Jaeger-LeCoultre Caliber 844 -- and has hours and minutes functions. It has a power reserve of 38 hours.

The watchmaker finishes this shimmering jewelry design with a black satin strap with an 18-karat gray gold folding clasp.
