The boutique mother and baby brand founded in London in 1993 said revenue for the 12 months was £47.8 million, however EBITDA fell from £5.14m to £4.99m impacted by the opening of the US company.

In august 2015 JoJo Maman Bébé launched a dedicated US site with all sales being fulfilled from a third party distribution centre located in New Jersey. A wholly owned subsidiary was later incorporated and all US sales now flow through this company.

The brand also expanded its presence in the UK and Ireland during the period, opening five new stores and taking the total to 73 locations by the end of the financial period. The domestic retail store rollout continued into the new FY with new stores in Fox Valley, Taunton, Henley-on-Thames and Beverly.

The UK expansion helped the retailer grow UK multichannel sales by 3.2% on a like-for-like basis while international sales growth remained at the same level of the previous year. International sales account for 7.3% of revenue.
