Just as Karl Lagerfeld announced an ambitious relaunch plan for his eponymous label, which will be centred around two ready-to-wear lines (of which one is more affordable and will be exclusively available at Net-a-porter), the designer unveiled that a line of accessories is also underway. The designer has thus teamed up with Fossil to create, develop and distribute an exclusive line of watches under the Karl Lagerfeld label.

"It is essential for us to work with the best license partners in each segment - that is why we are happy to partner up with Fossil," said president of the Karl Lagerfeld label Pier Paolo Righi. Featuring designs for both men and women, the first collection is set to launch in Spring 2013.
