Katheryn Winnick named new Raymond Weil ambassador

Swiss watchmaker Raymond Weil has unveiled the actress Katheryn Winnick as its new brand ambassador.

The Canadian "Vikings" star was singled out by the brand for her "strong personality and free spirit".

Winnick is known for her work in TV shows including "House M.D," "Bones," and "Criminal Minds." She also appeared in the film "Love & Other Drugs" and features in the upcoming Warner Bros. production "Geostorm." She is currently playing the role of Lagertha on History Channel's "Vikings."

The star will act as the face of the brand's feminine collections, including the ‘noemia' collection, a range of timepieces designed to capture elegance and understated timeless style in a contemporary way.
