Kering: Louise Beveridge leaves the group

Published
Oct 5, 2015

Kering announced that Louise Beveridge has stepped down by mutual consent from her functions as group communications director and member of the executive committee, as of September 30th 2015.

Since her arrival in 2011, Louise Beveridge oversaw Kering's communications repositioning, and in particular worked on the name change from PPR to Kering. This was intended to reflect the French group's internationalisation efforts and be consistent with its two signature activities: luxury (Gucci, Saint Laurent...) and sport-lifestyle (Puma, Volcom...).

The French-Irish executive had succeeded Claude Chirac and had previously worked mainly in the banking industry.

Kering stated that her successor will be appointed shortly.
