Louis Vuitton's creative director Kim Jones last week revealed the launch of a partnership with NikeLab. This time he has announced a forthcoming collaboration with Japanese artist Hiroshi Fujiwara.

Hiroshi Fujiwara

Fujiwara was regarded in the 1980s as one of Japan's first hip-hop DJs. He is also a producer, the mentor of the Harajuku fashion temple, and Tokyo's king of streetwear. He headed his own apparel label, Goodenough, in the 1980s, and today he has set up several collaborations between brands such as Apple, Nike and Starbucks plus his Fragment Design label.

The Louis Vuitton-Hiroshi Fujiwara collaboration is expected to produce a limited edition collection playing with the French label's monograms.
