Lindex launches smart shopping app

Published
Aug 30, 2017

Swedish fashion chain Lindex has rolled out a mobile app linking the brand’s digital and physical store experience, and offering features like Instagram integration and an inspiration feed.

The app is available on iOS and Android - Lindex

The initiative aims to provide an inspiring and personalised shopping experience for customers, helping them to shop wherever they are. For example, in store customers can scan products for more information or details about availability of stock.

Additionally, the app offers access to deals and allows the customer to save a shopping list in the app and complete the purchase in store or at lindex.com.

“The number of customers shopping via mobile has grown rapidly in recent years, and the app will be central in offering an inspiring and user-friendly shopping experience for our customers. During development, we have received very positive feedback from pilot users and we have high expectations of how the app will be received by our customers,” said Linda Johansson, Project Manager at Lindex.

The app is currently available to customers in Norway and Sweden and is optimised for smartphones.
