Neinver Poland promotes Bożena Gierszewska-Mroziewicz as Country Head

Bożena Gierszewska-Mroziewicz will be managing day-to-day operations of the company’s Polish branch in her new role. She will also be responsible for implementing Neinver’s strategy, its cooperation with investors and the management of Neinver’s projects in Poland.

Bożena Gierszewska-Mroziewicz joined Neinver in 2006 as International Asset Management Director, a position she will now combine with the newly appointed role of County Head. She also manages retail centers across Europe.

Prior to this role Gierszewska-Mroziewicz served as Asset Management Director in Poland, overseeing the operations of the Factory outlet chain and Galeria Malta, and as the Manager of Factory Ursus, Poland’s first outlet centre. 

Neinver is a leading property development, investment, fund management and property management company. The company was founded in 1969 and its key activities revolve around the development, acquisition, leasing and management of a wide range of property products, including: business parks, industrial parks and retail properties. 

During her professional career, Gierszewska-Mroziewicz has also worked for Inter IKEA Center and IICP S.A.

The newly promoted Country Head of Neinver Poland is a graduate of the University of Warsaw and a licensed property manager.
