New biopic about Alexander McQueen and Isabella Blow in the pipeline

Alexander McQueen and Isabella Blow's relationship is set to come under the spotlight thanks to a new movie, "The Ripper."

The film, which is being developed by Maven Pictures, will examine the friendship between the late fashion muse and the late designer, Variety reports. Its script has been penned by writer Gesha-Marie Bland.

McQueen, real name Lee, died in 2010, while Blow, a former fashion director at Tatler, died in 2008.

Maven was co-founded by partners film producer Celine Rattray and director and producer Trudie Styler.
