More than 5,000 exhibitors from over 25 countries are expected to be displaying at Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics – Autumn Edition 2016 to be held in China from October 11-13, 2016.

HK Messe Frankfurt

Product categories at the three-day fair include cotton, denim, functional, knitted, linen, man-made, printed, ramie, silk, sustainable and wool fabrics, as well as accessories, embroidery and lace, fibres and yarns along with design and testing services.

Numerous country and region pavilions, group pavilions and product zones are confirmed to feature in the Autumn Edition. SalonEurope includes the UK, France, Germany, Portugal and Turkey pavilions and the Milano Unica Pavilion from Italy will be participating in the event.

“Many exhibitors and buyers reported to us that their experience was more successful because it was easier for them to identify their target buyers or products due to the product zones and pavilions,” said Wendy Wen, senior general manager, Messe Frankfurt, Honk Kong.

Chinese exhibitors will be allocated into product end-use categories which include womenswear, casual wear, shirting, suiting, lingerie and swimwear, as well as functional and sportswear.

Product zones will cover accessories hall, all about sustainability, beyond denim, functional lab, Premium Wool Zone and Verve for Design with specific focuses to fulfill different sourcing needs of buyers.

Fringe programme events including the Intertextile Directions Trend Forum for autumn / winter 2017-18, Fabrics China Trend Forum, China International Fabrics Design & Fabrics Creations Competition, Innotex-Space and a number of seminars, panel discussions and product presentations will all be held throughout the event.

In addition to the Autumn Edition of Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics, three other textile events, Yarn Expo Autumn, PH Value and CHIC, will be held concurrently.
