Sarah Jessica Parker partners with Tome on shoe range

The shoe-savvy actress has joined forces with the New York-based womenswear label to design a fleet of color block courts.

Ryan Lobo and Ramon Martin -- the Australian duo behind the New York fashion label announced the news in a post on Tome's Facebook page: "So excited to announce our ‪#‎nyfw‬ collaboration with @sjpcollection on @voguemagazine with the lady herself @sarahjessicaparker wearing a preview of the runway shoes and ‪#‎tome‬ ‪#‎prefall15‬ coming soon to @modaoperandi".

Sarah Jessica Parker who isn't averse to a splash of bold color, opted for shades of turquoise, olive, rust and deepest navy for the luxe party heels that models will wear at the Tome runway show at New York Fashion Week on Thursday. The shoes will immediately go on sale after the event via Modaoperandi's e-boutique.

Ryan Lobo has made no secret of his longstanding obsession with Parker. The designer, who provides half of Tome's creative vision, told Vogue magazine: "Not only is she an actor that we respect and a woman that we respect, she has this incredible fashion legacy as well, and now the shoe line . . . . She's so much like all of the women who have influenced our collection".

A follow-up to this first collection by Sarah Jessica Parker for Tome is said to be in the pipeline.
