Megan Fox has earned the coveted title of the sexiest woman in the world.

The 'Transformers' star earned topped the list an FHMonline poll for the second year in succession, with Jessica Alba in second place.

Fox is only the second repeat winner of the poll, with Jennifer Lopez being the first in 2001 and 2002.

Scarlett Johansson, Jessica Biel and Californication's Madeline Zima made it into the top five, with Zima being the highest placed new entry.

Adriana Lima, Elisha Cuthbert, Heidi Montag, Anne Hathaway and Katy Perry rounded out the top ten.
