Verena Malta leaves Berlin’s Show&Order

The show must go on for Show&Order without its founder and managing partner Verena Malta, who wants to pursue new projects after the fashion trade fair was acquired by the Premium Group.

“After six intensive years as founder and director of Show&Order, I decided to take my career in a new direction,” she said about her decision. “I’d like to thank all participants and business partners for their many years of cooperation and place Show&Order in the good hands of the Premium Group.”

Malta founded Show&Order in 2011 as a cohesive concept to offer retailers curated collections that for creating a unique brand experience in store. Besides fashion, shoes and accessories the show also included beauty products and interior design themes. In just six years, the fair has developed into a fixture on the Berlin trade show landscape. Following Premium Group's acquisition of Show&Order, a new concept and repositioning was developed in collaboration with Verena Malta.

Show&Order made its first appearance as on of the Premium Group’s women’s wear shows during Berlin Fashion Week in January 2017. The response to the new positioning was good, the group said in a statement and that it would be making some changes for the next edition, particularly in the accessories and shoes sections. 

Premium Group’s long-time sales director Niki Lampadius has take over the reigns of Show&Order and its newly formed sales team.
