Victoria Beckham takes home top British luxury award

Victoria Beckham has another award to squeeze onto her mantelpiece -- having won Luxury Brand of the Year at the annual Walpole British Luxury Awards.

Meanwhile London Fashion Week designer Emilia Wickstead took home the award for New Talent and jeweler Pippa Small was named the Most Socially Responsible Brand.

"As an independent British brand, I am humbled to be here among so many big names," the site reports Beckham saying as she accepted her prize during the ceremony, which took place on November 2.

Walpole, which promotes British luxury brands, counts Jimmy Choo and Rolls Royce amongst its members.
