The film 'Casablancas: the man who loved women' will be released on 29th June. It is a tribute to the founder of the Elite model agency, directed by Hubert Woroniecki.

The movie tells the story of the agency's founding in 1970s Paris, and focuses also on the concept of 'super top model', which Casablancas was the first to introduce with the likes of Naomi Campbell, Gisèle Bündchen and Cindy Crawford.

The director was given access to Casablancas' personal archives. This allowed him to tell a true story, though he chose to do so uniquely from the vantage point of John Casablancas, before his death in 2013.
