Anna Sui teams up with Teva for summer sandals series

Anna Sui has teamed up with footwear brand Teva on a series of sandals.

The American designer has created two strappy sandal styles for the brand. An image posted to the Instagram page for the creative's eponymous fashion label showcases blocky styles with chunky soles in summer colorways.

The move is the latest big-name collaboration for Sui, who partnered with the online retailer ModCloth last fall on a size-inclusive fashion series inspired by the designer's archival pieces and love of vintage prints.

Footwear collaborations continue to be big business in the fashion world; in February UGG announced a collection designed with th American fashion brand Eckhaus Latta for Fall 2019 season, while last November saw the luxury shoe brand Aquazzura team up with five different jewelry designers to add a little dazzle to its latest collection.

The series will launch on April 16.
