Aspinal of London to launch eyewear collection during LFW
Aspinal of London is expanding its lifestyle credentials with a new eyewear line that is debuting during London Fashion Week in February.
The result of a licensing partnership with eyewear company Eyespace, whose clients also include Land Rover, the eyewear collection will introduce 14 exclusive pieces for men and women.
Made of hand-polished acetate, a synthetic fibre that has a deep gloss and high transparency, the sunglasses will feature elements from the Aspinal of London brand, such as its shield logo, on the inner temple trim, hinge or as cutwork on the tips.
Aspinal’s design team, headed by creative director Mariya Dykalo, worked closely with Eyespace on the collection, which further expands a universe of products that also includes leather bags, small leather accessories, journals, smartphone cases, scented candles and luxury board game sets.

The eyewear collection will be previewed at 100% Optical, the UK’s largest optical trade event, in January ahead of its debut to the public in February. A luxury eyewear collection will follow later in Spring/Summer 2019.
