Burberry is making more changes to its executive team. The UK-based luxury company this week announced the departure of longtime Chairman Sir John Peace and the appointments of Ron Frasch as non-executive director of the Board and Jeremy Darroch as senior independent director.

On Friday, Burberry announced the appointment of former Brioni CEO Gianluca Flore as President of Americas, effective July 5, 2017. He will succeed Donald Kohler, who is parting ways with the company on July 1, 2017.

Flore parted ways with Brioni in February 2017, amidst the Kering-owned brand’s restructuring. He joined the Italian menswear label in 2014 from Bottega Veneta, where he first served as President of North America and later Worldwide Retail & Wholesale Director and CEO of the Asia Pacific sector.

The executive also served as President of North America at La Perla and at Fendi.

As Burberry President of Americas, Flore will lead the Americas business, operate out of the company’s New York City office, and will report to Marco Gobbetti, who was named CEO after Christopher Bailey stepped down from the role to serve as President, in addition to his role as Creative Creative.
