Dieter Holzer resigns as CEO of the Tom Tailor Group

Tom Tailor announced on Thursday that CEO Dieter Holzer has left the company’s Management Board, effective immediately. Holzer stepped down citing personal reasons.

 
In addition to Holzer’s departure, the Supervisory Board appointed Dr. Heiko Schäfer as the new CEO on a provisional basis. Dr. Schäfer has served as Tom Tailor Chief Operating Officer since 2015. He will manage the company alongside Chief Financial Officer Thomas Dressendörfer. Tom Tailor also delegated Chairman Uwe Schröder to the Management Board for a maximum of one year, and Jerome Griffith has been elected as the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Griffith was also the president and CEO of Tumi.
 
The Supervisory Board will appoint a new CEO and should be completed by the Annual General Meeting in spring 2017.

Tom Tailor is an international fashion and lifestyle company that operates its namesake label and sub-labels, Tom Tailor Denim and Tom Tailor Contemporary Women, and the Bonita brand that the company acquired in 2012.
