Emily Ratajkowski is the new face of Kérastase Paris

Model, actress and social media sensation Emily Ratajkowski has been named the new face of beauty brand Kérastase Paris. 

Emily Ratajkowski made the announcement on her Instagram account, before Kérastase officially confirmed in a press release on Tuesday.  
 
“At Kérastase, we believe that a woman's hair is essential to her femininity. Emily shares that belief. She embodies a modern, multi-faceted and confident vision of beauty. I am thrilled to welcome her to the Kérastase family," said Kérastase Global President, Rosa Carrico, in a news statement.

The 26-year-old has been featured on the covers of major fashion magazines and boasts an Instagram following of some 16 million. She starred in the film thriller, 'Gone Girl' and is soon to appear in 'Cruise', 'In Darkness' and 'Welcome Home'. 
 
“I am excited and proud to be chosen as a Kérastase ambassador. Hair is essential to how I express myself,” Ratjkowski said of the partnership.
 
In Kérastase’s latest advert, Ratajkowski posed topless as her hair took front and center stage in a black and white photograph.
 
Created in 1964, Kérastase has more than 100 products, sold in over 60 countries to 20 million consumers.
