Giorgio Armani launches haute joaillerie line

Published
Mar 20, 2019

Giorgio Armani has made its first incursion into the haute joaillerie segment, according to a press release from the brand. The debut "Haute Joaillerie Giorgio Armani Privé" collection is made up of some 20 pieces, all of which are handmade in Italy by master jewellers under the supervision of the label's eponymous couturier.

The first Art Deco offering includes necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings and brooches in white, blue and red, directly inspired by the brand's latest Armani Privé haute couture collection for Spring/Summer 2019, presented in Paris this January, of which the haute joaillerie line is intended to be an extension.

The exclusive jewellery range, priced from 17,600 euros to 167,000 euros, features diamonds, sapphires, rubies, red agates, grey Tahitian pearls, coral and onyx.

Stone suppliers for the line were scrupulously selected in accordance with international conventions and the strictest industry norms, both in terms of social and ecological responsibility.

The collection, which has just been unveiled in New York, is also due to be presented in Tokyo, Paris and Milan, at dates which are yet to be announced.
