Global Brands announces 10-year agreement for Buffalo Brands

Global Brands Group Holdings Limited announced Wednesday the signing of a long-term licensing agreement with Iconix Brand Group and Buffalo International for the Buffalo David Bitton brand and i Jeans by Buffalo.

The agreement, which runs through 2025, will add Buffalo David Bitton and i Jeans by Buffalo to the Global Brands portfolio. Global Brands will also design, produce and distribute products across both brands’ core categories.

This agreement is the second long-term agreement by Global Brands in the denim space; the first was with Joe’s Jeans earlier in September.
