MUMBAI, Sept 18 (Reuters) - Pantaloon Retail (India) Ltd (PART.BO) expects revenue in the year to March 2010 to rise 35-40 percent helped by additional space and increased efficiency, the group's chief executive said on Friday 18 September.

"We are looking at a bigger growth from addition of more space, increase productivity and more efficient sourcing," Kishore Biyani told Reuters.

India's top listed retailer, which runs the Big Bazaar, Food Bazaar and Pantaloon retail chains, had seen its revenue rise a quarter in FY09, he said. (Reporting by Janaki Krishnan & Aniruddha Basu)
