Jimmy Choo announces directorate change

Jimmy Choo has announced the appointment of Meribeth Parker as an independent non-executive director and Anna-Lena Kamenetzky as a non-executive director, replacing Bart Becht, who has informed the board of directors that he will step down following the announcement of his continued involvement as Chairman and interim CEO of Coty Inc.

Meribeth Parker, who was Group Publishing Director of Hearst Magazines until the end of June and who has held a variety of senior roles in publishing, will be joining the Board on 1 August 2015.

Anna-Lena Kamenetzky, who is a partner and head of corporate development of JAB Holding Company LLC will be joining the Board and Bart Becht will be leaving the Board on the same date.
