Kenneth Cole launches home collections with Revman

Kenneth Cole Productions announced on Wednesday it will launch into the home category with Revman International.

According to a press release, there will be two distinct collections under the Kenneth Cole brand: Kenneth Cole New York and Reaction Kenneth Cole. In addition, Revman has rights to the label Unlisted, A Kenneth Cole Production. The agreement will run through 2023.

the Kenneth Cole home brand will launch at the September 2019 New York Home Fashions Market week with bedding, bath, and beach collections. The collections will become available at retail in the spring of 2020.

Pieces from Kenneth Cole New York will be anchored in modern design, and will feature high quality materials and subtle texture elements. Highlight materials will include washed sateen and twill layered with cotton velvet, as well as suede and chunky knits in a palette of soft neutrals.

Reaction Kenneth Cole will be more trend and print-driven, with a sportier attitude and a more colorful palette, the company said. Pieces will feature prints inspired by city graphics such as window grids and crosswalk stripes, as well as fabrics with performance attributes for enhanced comfort.

"Kenneth Cole is a well-known, high profile brand inspired by an urban sensibility that adds a unique and distinctive lifestyle point of view to our collections,” said Rich Roman, president and CEO of Revman. "We are extremely pleased to bring Kenneth Cole's vision to the home fashions market."

Pieces from the new categories will be distributed through all major levels of retail distribution in the United States, as well as retailers in Canada, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand.

In addition to Kenneth Cole, Revman maintains licensing arrangements with brands like Nautica, Vera Wang, Tommy Bahama, Ellen DeGeneres, Marimekko and Laura Ashley, among others. Revman International is a Kaltex company headquartered in New York, with a focus on marketing lifestyle bed and bath products.
