Kering finalized sale of Sergio Rossi to Investindustrial

On December 30, 2015, Kering finalized the sale of Italian luxury shoemaker Sergio Rossi to Investindustrial per the terms announced on December 9, 2015. Investindustrial will continue Sergio Rossi’s international growth strategy and long-term development of the label. Investindustrial now owns all industrial assets, brand rights and the entire distribution network of Sergio Rossi.
