The collection is slated to hit stores in March 2017 and will be sold under the Prabal Gurung Exclusively for Lane Bryant label. The collection pieces will embody the Singapore-born designer’s philosophy and aesthetic, as well as his modern and unique vision. In addition, Lane Bryant for the first time ever will document the collection’s production process from the design studio to the retail store. The retailer will release a series of taped webisodes on its social media channels.

Prabal Gurung shared, "Designing clothes for the modern woman, one who is fashionable and unafraid of how she feels about herself, has always been my source for inspiration. I truly believe that confidence is the key and I continually strive to create clothing that allows women to look and feel their absolute best. I am thrilled to be working with Lane Bryant on this collaboration and look forward to dressing this bold and fashionable customer."

Gurung is the fifth designer to partner with Lane Bryant joining Christian Siriano, Lela Rose, Sophia Theallet and Isabel Toledo. He also collaborated with MAC Cosmetics, J. Crew and Target in the past.
