Oxford Industries names Thomas C. Chubb III president

Oxford Industries, Inc. on Wednesday announced that Thomas C. Chubb III has been named president of the company.

Mr. Chubb, 45, started with the company as a summer intern in 1988 and has served in a variety of roles, most recently as the company's executive vice president, a position he has held since 2004.

J. Hicks Lanier, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, commented, "Tom's promotion is a natural evolution of his growing responsibility within our Company. we are grateful to Tom for his contributions and are honored to have him serve our company."

As President, Mr. Chubb will continue to report to J. Hicks Lanier, the company's Chairman and CEO.
