Fashion supply chain trade show Pure Origin has become the UK’s largest sourcing event, according to its organiser, Hyve Group.

Pure Origin

The show, which runs parallel to Pure London on 17-19 July at Olympia London, will feature 20 new ‘Country Pavilions’ under one roof with a key focus on sustainability.

Included are the UAE, Italy, Madagascar, Jordan, China, Hong Kong, Uzbekistan, Japan, India, and Malaysia.

Hyve said that across raw materials, fabrics, trims, packaging, through to contract manufacturers offering in house design services, “Pure Origin is the gateway for fabric manufacturers to break into the UK retail market… providing the inspiration and tools together… to allow buyers, procurement and sustainability directors,  fashion wholesalers, and designers be inspired and then bring their own collections and ranges to life”.

Suzanne Ellingham, Head of Pure Origin, added: “[The show] brings diverse international manufacturers, providing an unprecedented choice of fabrics for the UK fashion community to responsibly source and create their next collections and best-selling ranges.

“The role of Pure Origin since its launch in 2018 has been to put the entire fashion supply chain at the fingertips of fashion buyers and create a platform to inspire designers, brands and wholesalers to responsibly source and build relationships with new manufacturers from across the world.

“July’s show offers 20 incredibly diverse country pavilions and a key focus on sustainable sourcing, and is now the largest fashion sourcing show in the UK.”
