Two new retailer additions and one key expansion reflect the niche popularity of London’s Marylebone Village.

The area’s key landlord Howard de Walden Estate has signed two new leasing deals — London-based fashion brand Rixo, and tailoring-focused menswear brand Anglo-Italian Company — “adding to the distinctive offering across the estate”.

Meanwhile, French fashion retailer The Kooples has also extended its retail space on Marylebone High Street.

Rixo has taken 1,000 sq ft on 27 Marylebone High Street, while Anglo-Italian Co will open its second location in London with a 630 sq ft space.

The Kooples is moving from 95 Marylebone High Street to 110, increasing the size of its space from 1,250 sq ft to over 2,000 sq ft, forming part of a 13,000 sq ft mixed-use site.

Jenny Casebourne, Retail & Leisure director at Howard de Walden said: “These exciting new names will be joining Marylebone Village, reflecting the area’s enduring appeal as a key retail destination in London”.

She added: “These signings include a strong mix of carefully curated established brands alongside new, independent brands, to enhance the already fantastic offer for our visitors, local residents and other tenants alike, while complementing Marylebone Village’s distinctive feel.”
