Premium UK fashion brand Ted Baker has signed an exclusive new licensing agreement with Israeli’s Delta Galil Industries, the multi category manufacturer that is particularly strong in the intimates and denim sectors.

Launching for SS19, the new five-year agreement will allow Delta Galil to develop, produce and distribute men’s pieces for the brand exclusively. The full collection will include a range of men’s underwear, thermal base layers, pyjama sets, and loungewear. The products will sell through Ted Baker stores as well as to other retailers internationally.

Isaac Dabah, CEO of Delta Galil, said: “Ted Baker is well known for its high-quality fabrics and distinctive designs. This partnership represents a significant opportunity for Delta Galil to grow its global portfolio of premium brands, as Ted Baker’s elevated apparel resonates with men across the world.”

It's a worldwide deal, reflecting Ted Baker’s increasing global presence, and is one of a number of add-on categories that the fast expanding retailer has moved into in recent years.

Delta Galil will actually be the 22nd license agreement Ted Baker has, including fragrance, homewares and tailoring. This expansion strategy has seen it growing its product categories fast on the back of its aim of being “a global British lifestyle brand.”

Delta Galil also designs, develops, markets and sells branded denim apparel under the 7 For All Mankind brand, and womenswear under the brands Splendid and Ella Moss.
