The North Face to collaborate with Hyke for spring/ summer 2018

The designers behind the Hyke brand, Hideaki Yoshihara and Yukiko Ode, have announced that they will start a collaboration line with the North Face from the spring/ summer 2018 season.

The collaboration line will focus on the garment design and technology knowhow that the North Face has so far accumulated and, through this, will launch items that mix the functionality of outdoor sportswear with the design sensitivity of Hyke.

The fledgling brand, launched in 2013, is set to stage its next show at Tokyo Fashion Week later this month. The label boasts previous collaborations with international names such as Adidas Originals and Mackintosh.

Until now, only the North Face x Hyke collaboration’s logo has been released. Further details are scheduled to be released in February 2018.
