In her new role, Jackson will be responsible for leading the growth of the company’s North American watch division and will work closely with the group’s retail partners in order to build profitable partnerships. She will report directly to Victorinox North America president Ulrich Wohn.

Jackson brings more than twenty years of senior leadership experience in the premium watch and jewelry industry to her new position, having most recently served as VP of sales West at John Hardy.

Prior to this, the executive spent 12 years at LVMH-owned luxury watch brand Tag Heuer, where she ultimately served as regional director for national accounts. Her other previous experience includes roles at Citizen Watch Co, Swarovski and The Monet Group.

“It's a great pleasure to welcome Barbara to our North American Leadership team,” commented Wohn in a release. “As we continue to grow our watch division, we wanted a proven leader from the industry to ensure our valued partners a profitable and mutually beneficial relationship with Victorinox. I am confident that we have found that type of executive in Barbara.”

Wohn was appointed as president of Victorinox’s North American subsidiary in August of this year. At the time, Victorinox said that he would be tasked with strengthening the company’s business in the region – its leading global market – with a focus on brand elevation, growth, profitability and “forward-thinking distribution.”

As well as watches and the iconic Swiss Army knives, Victorinox’s core product categories include travel gear, fragrances and cutlery.
