White Gallery London has announced that, in addition to major names in the business, this year’s show will also witness a small group of young designers from the UK.

The bridal wear trade show is set to take place on May 22-24 at London’s Battersea Evolution. An audience of top wedding wear retailers, including visitors from as far as Japan, will gather at the venue to see the collections of over 40 designers from across the globe.

Being the only designer bridal exhibition in the UK, White Gallery London positions British bridal design at the forefront. Important British designers such as Amanda Wakeley, David Fielden, Ian Stuart, Sassi Holford, Matthew Williamson, Stephanie Allin and Stewart Parvin are some of the names among the list of confirmed exhibitors.

Following its successful launch in 2010, White Gallery London’s organisers have decided to dedicate a section to a small group of talented young UK designers in this years’ edition. Event director Alejandra Campos explained that “it is important that the industry recognises the names that will shape bridal in the years ahead”, and hopes that White Gallery “will help them on the next stage of the journey”.
